# Team management

> Invite members and assign workspace roles within plan limits.

Workspace owners and admins can invite people from the workspace member settings. An invitation counts toward the workspace member limit while it is pending.

Roles are:

* **Owner:** full workspace control, including ownership-level operations.
* **Admin:** manages workspace resources and members where allowed.
* **Member:** works with the workspace's agents, jobs, and runs.
* **Viewer:** read-oriented access where supported by the relevant endpoint.

Member limits include the owner: Free supports 1 member total, Pro supports 5, and Max is unlimited. Remove an expired or unwanted pending invite before sending another when the limit is reached.
