Workspace owners and admins can invite people from the workspace member settings. An invitation counts toward the workspace member limit while it is pending. Roles are:
  • Owner: full workspace control, including ownership-level operations.
  • Admin: manages workspace resources and members where allowed.
  • Member: works with the workspace’s agents, jobs, and runs.
  • Viewer: read-oriented access where supported by the relevant endpoint.
Member limits include the owner: Free supports 1 member total, Pro supports 5, and Max is unlimited. Remove an expired or unwanted pending invite before sending another when the limit is reached.
